On this platform, privacy is not merely a legal term; it is a technical specification. We operate under the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP), collecting only the necessary data to ensure infrastructure security and integrity.
0x01. Telemetry Collection
We do not utilize third-party commercial tracking pixels or cookies. Our intelligence is collected via Cloudflare Edge Workers and stored in a private database (D1). The processed data includes:
- Network Metadata: IP Address (anonymized), ISP, and Geolocation (Country/Region).
- Client Specs: User-Agent, Screen Resolution, and System Language.
- Navigation Logs: Referer (request origin) and timestamps.
0x02. Data Purpose
The processing of this information occurs exclusively for:
- Traffic Intelligence: Understanding the geographic reach of research and articles.
- Active Defense: Identifying and mitigating Brute Force attempts, Scrapers, and DoS attacks at the edge (Cloudflare WAF).
- Performance Optimization: Adjusting asset loading strategies based on device usage metrics.
0x03. Retention and Disposal
We do not sell, trade, or share data with external entities. Logs are retained solely for the period necessary for statistical analysis and security auditing, being periodically expunged from our D1 instance.
0x04. Cookies & LocalStorage
This site is predominantly stateless. Eventually, localStorage
may be utilized to persist interface preferences (e.g., Dark Mode) without identity tracking.
